Bahrain Welcomes Saudi Call for Yemeni Parties to Hold Dialogue on Aden

Bahrain welcomed on Monday Saudi Arabia’s call on
Yemeni parties to hold dialogue on Aden in order to ease tensions in the
southern city.
Saudi Arabia had proposed hosting a meeting for the
rival parties, which Manama said was an important step in prioritizing dialogue
and reason to reach a peaceful solution to the recent unrest.
This initiative embodies the central role played by
Saudi Arabia, led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin
Abdulaziz, to bolster security and stability in the entire region, especially
Yemen, said Manama according to the Bahrain news agency.
It cited Saudi Arabia’s leading of the coalition to
restore legitimacy in Yemen and its clear vision for a permanent political
solution that preserves Yemen’s unity and independence, as well as its fight
against the Iran-backed Houthi militias.
Manama underlined its constant support for Saudi
Arabia and all of its initiatives that serve the interests of the peoples of
the region and world.
